On March 13, 2006, a young man ran a stop sign, hit my car just in front of the driver's side rear
wheel. This sent me into a spin with my trying to get my car under control. In the process I
suffered side-to-side whiplash with 3 or 4 herniated disks from the cervical area to the lumbar
area with several bulges, my 4 sacrum joints out of place and the ligaments torn. This has been a
very painful 17 months in which I have had 3 nights of restful sleep prior to meeting Doc
McCullen.

I've seen 3 chiropractors, a rolfer, a personal trainer and had spinal decompression. I've had
some relief but no one has been able to attend to and fix my sacrum area UNTIL..... Dr. Kia
McCullen!

I met one of her patients who told me of her experience and success. I then told her of my car
accident and chronic pain I live with and that I was considering the surgical recommendation

sacrum joints in and the ligaments are on the mend. She has explained to my husband and I
exactly what has occurred, what it is going to take on my part and together we are making it
happen. No one has ever gone into this depth of explanation, training and doing.

In 17 months I'd had 3 mights of restful sleep out of sheer exhaustion, ibuprofen and wine. In 5
nights of treatments with Doc, I've had 2 additional nights of rest from nature's own pain
