Joseph and the Little Dead Bodies
Joseph had a swollen neck, and a fever. He had been diagnosed and was getting care for that but still the swelling persisted, tender and some fever as well.
OK so fevers up to a point are a wonderful thing that bodies do – it is like putting a kettle on to boil – all the reactions in the body speed up – so you get well faster. Don’t be too anxious to bring it down unless it is really way too high.
So what was going on with Joseph? It seemed his immune system was fighting and that’s good.
What, by the way is the immune system? It is our own personal army. The job is to protect us. It is not something that is on or off, but rather along a continuum. If it works too much then people can have something we call allergies – the army is fighting something that is not an enemy. If your army is asleep then you are vulnerable to things the immune system should have fought. It needs to be in the middle – fighting enemies but not cat dander, for instance.
Ok, now Joseph’s immune system appeared to be doing that, but still not finishing the job.
Well what about water? Water is necessary for the kidneys to work. What is it kidneys do anyway? Ah, clean the blood stream. Blood goes everywhere and picks up the garbage and the kidneys get rid of that. And the kidneys work by how much water you push through them.
So how much water should you take? Take your weight in pounds and divide it in half, make that number ounces. That is the amount to make your kidneys work.
So Joseph’s immune system is working and killing all those little germ bodies but now he has all those little dead bodies floating around in his blood stream. By applying the formula and drinking enough water the kidneys can now clean all those little dead bodies out.
And that is how it works.
